Frozen yogurt.

Frozen yogurt comes from the same machine as soft serve, just with a yogurt mix. Fresh and light, with the fruit and toppings you choose. Guests love putting their own cup together.

In short

Frozen yogurt is frozen yogurt from a soft serve machine. You need a suitable machine, a ready frozen yogurt mix, and fruit and toppings. A machine without a pump works best: yogurt takes little air and simply tastes better when it is denser.

Machine

Why no pump
Yogurt takes little air; denser, it tastes stronger
Mix
Ready yogurt mix, pasteurised base
Served
In a cup, with fruit, sauces and crunch
Self-service

Yes, with a suitable mix. Models the maker designs for frozen yogurt work best. We advise you on which one suits you.

Both come from a soft serve machine. Soft serve is based on a milk or cream mix, frozen yogurt on yogurt; it tastes fresher and slightly tangy.

To start, fresh fruit, two sauces and a little crunch are enough. We put together a selection with you that suits the season.

The Nissei Compact Frozen Yogurt for one flavour and little space (30 l/h), the Power Frozen Yogurt for longer queues (55 l/h), the Titan Duo Frozen Yogurt for two flavours and twist (55 + 65 l/h). All figures according to Nissei.

Yogurt takes little air. Gravity-fed, it gets denser and tastes stronger. If you sell by weight, you should not offer airy yogurt: guests do not feel that is fair.

That depends on the product and is printed on the pack. Store unopened mix at +2 to +6 °C. We show you how to store it properly.

Price on request, depending on model and equipment.
