As a light dessert after the meal.
Affogato is Italian for “drowned”: fresh gelato or soft serve with hot espresso poured over it. Two ingredients, one dessert that lifts any menu. At our kiosk in Pertisau, the affogato with soft serve is one of the desserts we sell most often.
An affogato is fresh gelato or a portion of soft serve with hot espresso poured over it. For bars and cafés a Miles Milano fits next to the coffee machine, for events and hotel gardens the new Affogato Bar by Miles and La Marzocco, for kiosks a soft serve machine. Without an espresso machine it works with LiquidBeans coffee extract.

For the bar the Miles Milano, on the move the Affogato Bar, for the kiosk a soft serve machine. We advise you by space, queues and concept.

Gelato and espresso in one cart, in front of your guests. New in our range.

Soft serve for the affogato, the way we sell it in Pertisau: quickly portioned, even when the queue is long.

Miles and La Marzocco have built a station just for the affogato: two flavours of fresh gelato, room for an espresso machine, fridge, sink and water tanks in one cart. Guests watch their gelato being made and drowned in espresso. On battery, the Affogato Bar runs for up to five hours without a socket, according to Miles: in the hotel lobby, in the garden, at the event.

LiquidBeans for the coffee, GelDue and NIC for the ice cream.

We sell affogato with soft serve very often in Pertisau. A portion of soft serve, hot espresso on top: quickly made, even when the queue is long.
An Italian dessert: a scoop of gelato, usually vanilla, with hot espresso poured over it. “Affogato” means “drowned”.
Yes, and at our kiosk in Pertisau it is the version we sell most often. Soft serve melts a little faster and gets especially creamy in the espresso.
A cart by Miles and La Marzocco that makes fresh gelato in two flavours and has room for an espresso machine. Plus fridge, sink and water tanks; on battery it runs for up to five hours without a socket, according to Miles.
No. Espresso machine and grinder are not included. According to Miles, the La Marzocco series Linea PB, Linea Classic S, Leva, Strada and GS3 fit, or any machine up to 5,000 W, 75 cm wide and 60 cm deep.
Not necessarily. With LiquidBeans coffee extract and hot water, the affogato works without one.
