The ABT 03 TOP is a professional blast chiller designed for rapid cooling and freezing in commercial kitchens, bakeries, and catering environments. Built from AISI 304 stainless steel, it ensures durability, hygiene, and ease of cleaning. With a temperature range from -35°C to +5°C, it efficiently reduces food core temperature from +70°C to +3°C in 90 minutes or to -18°C in 240 minutes. The electronic thermostat guarantees precise control, while the anti-corrosion treated evaporator ensures long-lasting performance.
