Vanilla, Chocolate, and Something New

If you ask ten guests their favorite flavor, most will say vanilla or chocolate. Classics are timeless for a reason — they’re safe, familiar, and comforting. But every season I like to test something new.

Italian gelato pastes open the door to pistachio, stracciatella, or tiramisu. Bubble tea pearls add texture and surprise to a soft serve cup. Chocolate toppings, sauces, or even salty elements like pretzels can transform a simple cone into something unforgettable.

Guests today don’t just want to eat — they want to experience. A menu that combines tradition with small twists makes people curious. They come back not only for the taste, but to see what’s new next time.

For me, ingredients are more than recipes. They’re tools for creativity, for sparking conversations, for giving guests a memory that sticks. Soft serve is simple, but the flavors around it make it endless.
