The Sommelier Line is a professional solution for wine service and preservation, available in 4, 6, or 8 bottle models. Designed for restaurants, wine bars, and tasting rooms, these dispensers combine elegant stainless-steel construction with advanced digital wine pouring technology.
The nitrogen preservation system (E941) prevents oxidation and maintains the wine’s original characteristics for up to 3–4 weeks after opening. Each bottle is equipped with a digital dispenser, allowing controlled and adjustable serving doses (default 75 ml).
The units feature independent electronic temperature regulation (+4 °C / +18 °C), LED illumination, lockable glass doors, and a silent compressor system.
