Nanosolvent ink is a type of ink that uses pigments colored with powders with diameters smaller than 100 nm. Innovative nanoinks penetrate the structure of the material, making the print more resistant to mechanical and chemical damage. At the same time, the prints are natural, adapt to the structure of the substrate, and deform with it. The use of nano-solvent ink is an alternative to UV LED printing. It enables, among other things: printing on candles; printing on cork; printing on wood; printing on foamed PVC … The high durability and flexibility of prints made on a nanosolvent printer allows for the marking of unusual products and materials. The ink penetrates deep into the product, is imperceptible, and does not form a layer on the surface of the print. Thanks to this, nanosolvent printing finds application wherever UV LED printers are not sufficient. What is more, nanosolvent inks minimize the risk of damage to the print head and other components of the ink system.
