IMAGO die construction Our dies are manufactured in accordance with the Japanese Poka-Yoke production management system. The tool consists of two elements: a base and a removable upper part. Products are placed on the upper part, which is adapted to a specific shape. The upper part of the die can only be positioned in one direction, which avoids costly mistakes and wasted time on product corrections. Dies tailored to your product We manufacture tools to individual customer orders so that they are tailored to the selected product. The dies are adapted to the work tables of IMAGO digital printers. This makes their installation quick and easy. A graphic file is also created for each die, which reproduces its shape. This makes it easier to apply graphics to a batch of products on a computer. Photographic image quality, attention to detail, precision, and print repeatability will facilitate and speed up work in your company. Accelerating mass production on a UV LED printer The matrices streamline work and significantly reduce the lead time for product batches. They facilitate the positioning of promotional items, pens, or small products with specific shapes. Molds and food printers As with UV LED printers, we also create custom molds for food plotters. They facilitate work and speed up the decoration process. This tool works best when printing large numbers of small products. For example, up to 900 macarons can be decorated in one hour. All you need is one base and a variable top part in the shape of your product.
