The ABT 05 is a professional blast chiller and freezer designed for rapid food temperature reduction in commercial kitchens, bakeries, and catering operations. Built from high-grade AISI 304 stainless steel, it ensures hygiene, durability, and reliability. With a temperature range from -35°C to +5°C, it quickly lowers food temperature from +70°C to +3°C in 90 minutes or to -18°C in 240 minutes. The electronic thermostat with 4 preset programs and a product temperature probe allow precise control, while the anti-corrosion treated evaporator guarantees long-lasting performance.
