Molly Dog Friendly Soft Serve
Your guests bring their dogs. Now you can offer them something too.
Molly is a vegan soft serve base created with dogs in mind.
It is lactose-free, contains no chocolate, cocoa or xylitol, and uses a neutral base that can be served as it is or combined with suitable flavours such as plant milk, coconut, rice, banana or pure xylitol-free peanut butter.
Use Molly in a soft serve machine you already have — or serve it from a small countertop machine.
A simple additional product for cafés, ice cream shops, hotels, campsites, kiosks, tourist locations and other dog-friendly businesses.
Dogs are already part of your customer journey.
A guest stops for coffee.
Another orders an ice cream.
Their dog sits beside the table.
Most dog-friendly businesses already provide water. Molly gives you the possibility to offer the dog something of its own.
It is easy for customers to understand, easy to add to an existing menu and makes your dog-friendly positioning visible in a much more concrete way.
A real product for the dog
Not simply a sign saying
Dogs Welcome.
Something actually made for them.
An easy additional sale
A small portion can be added without changing the core operation of your café, hotel, ice cream shop or kiosk.
A product people notice
A dog eating its own ice cream naturally attracts attention, conversation and photographs.
We sell Molly ourselves.
We don't only distribute Molly.
We started by serving it ourselves at Der Süße Stopp on the Achensee lake promenade in Pertisau, Austria.
That gives us the opportunity to see how the product works in a real hospitality environment, how customers react to it and how easily it can be integrated into daily operation.
The first response has been encouraging.
Customers understand the idea immediately, dogs eating their own ice cream naturally attract attention, and it gives dog owners one more reason to stop.
For us, that practical experience is important.
We would rather recommend a product we actually use ourselves than simply sell something from a catalogue.

What is Molly?
Product facts
Preparation & variations
Molly starts with a neutral base. This keeps preparation simple, while still giving you room to create suitable flavour variations.
Water can also be replaced partly or fully with a suitable unsweetened plant drink. Only ingredients suitable for dogs should be added. At Der Süße Stopp we have, for example, successfully tested Molly with banana in the mix.
Two simple ways to serve Molly.
Already have a soft serve machine?
You can prepare Molly using suitable existing soft serve equipment.
For businesses with a twin machine, Molly can for example be offered from one dedicated side during suitable periods.
This gives you a simple way to test demand without investing in another large machine.
No soft serve machine?
Start with a compact Molly station using the Patty 3.0 countertop machine.
We have successfully tested Molly in the Patty 3.0. It produces a softer, spoonable frozen consistency that works very well for a dog portion.
The machine is compact and can be installed on a counter without the space, investment or infrastructure required for a traditional commercial soft serve machine.
More than a bag of mix.
The product itself is only one part of the idea.
A visible dog station can tell passing customers immediately that their dog is welcome too.
Molly Mix
A starter quantity that lets you test the product without committing to large stock.
Equipment
Use your existing suitable equipment or add a compact countertop machine for a dedicated Molly setup.
Dog Station
Fresh water, bowls and a clearly visible Molly point outside or beside your business.
Sales Material
Window sticker, counter sign, menu artwork and promotional material that helps customers understand the offer immediately.
Make your dog-friendly offer visible before the customer even asks.
What could Molly be worth at your location?
Every business is different, so we prefer examples to promises.
This is an illustrative example only. Actual sales depend on your location, footfall, weather, season, portion size, selling price and customer demand.
Know the cost before you start.
The product cost per serving is relatively small compared with the suggested selling price. Once we know your portion size and setup, we can calculate the actual numbers with you.
The dog may be the reason they stop.
There can also be a secondary benefit that is harder to calculate.
A customer who stops because of the dog may also order a coffee, ice cream, drink or something else for themselves.
We see Molly primarily as an additional product — not something that needs to replace anything already working in your business.
Molly B2B Pilot
We are currently building Molly's professional market step by step. Rather than putting it everywhere immediately, we want to work first with a limited number of real businesses and learn how the product performs in different environments.
Different customers and different operating conditions give us valuable feedback. That experience will help us develop the product, packaging, flavours and B2B concept further.
Pilot partners can receive
- Molly starter mix
- Introductory B2B conditions
- Cups and basic sales material
- Menu and counter artwork
- Help choosing the right serving setup
- The option of a compact machine
- Dog-station ideas and materials
- Direct contact with us during the pilot
- Feedback on future flavours and presentation
We learn from your experience.
And if the product works for your business, we continue from there.
The fastest way is simply to talk.
Tell us what type of business you operate, where you are located and what equipment you already have. We can quickly tell you which Molly setup could make sense for you. And if we don't think it fits your business, we'll tell you that too.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Molly specifically made for dogs?
Molly uses a neutral vegan frozen-dessert base selected to be suitable for a dog-friendly product.
It contains no dairy or lactose and is made without ingredients such as chocolate, cocoa and xylitol.
When creating your own flavour variations, only ingredients suitable for dogs should be added.
Is Molly a pet food product?
Molly is produced from normal food-grade ingredients and is used as a dog-friendly frozen treat rather than a specialised veterinary or nutritional pet-food product.
It is intended as an occasional treat, not as a replacement for a dog's normal diet.
Can people eat it too?
The base is made from food ingredients.
Molly is developed and presented as a frozen treat for dogs, but there is nothing unusual about the ingredients from a human-food perspective.
Can I create my own flavours?
Yes. The Molly base is neutral, which gives businesses room to create simple variations.
Water can be replaced partly or completely with suitable unsweetened plant drinks, for example coconut or rice drink.
Suitable additions such as banana can also be used.
Pure peanut butter can be another option, provided it contains no xylitol and ideally no added sugar or unnecessary ingredients.
When creating variations, only ingredients suitable for dogs should be used.
Do I need a soft serve machine?
No.
If you already have suitable soft serve equipment, Molly can potentially be integrated into your existing setup.
For businesses without a soft serve machine, we have successfully tested Molly with the compact Patty 3.0 machine.
Can I start with a small quantity?
Yes.
That is exactly the idea of the pilot programme.
We prefer that a business first tests whether its customers respond to Molly before committing to larger quantities.
Can I use my own branding?
During the first pilot phase, the main product remains Molly.
For suitable larger partners, co-branding and customised sales material can be discussed.
Give your four-legged guests something of their own.
Made for real hospitality.
