in real shops, long days, and full responsibility for guests, staff, and results.

Before we became a distributor for soft-serve machines and HoReCa equipment in Austria and the DACH region, we spent years working inside restaurants, hotels, cafés and our own soft-serve concept. We felt on our own skin what happens when a machine fails in high season, when ingredients don’t perform, or when “consultants” give advice without ever operating a shop.

Out of this came a simple decision:
to build a company that combines real operator experience with carefully selected technology and honest guidance.

We are based at Achensee in Tirol and serve operators across Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Slovenia, Croatia, Hungary and the wider Balkan region. For some products and projects we also work with international customers worldwide.

We mainly work with cafés, hotels, restaurants, kiosks, bakeries, patisseries, ice-cream shops, franchises and other HoReCa operators who want to add or improve soft-serve, frozen desserts, food printing or cooling solutions in their business.
